Evening
6:55pm. Home. I had a good day today. I measure good by good conversations, good company, my own good company, peace in my head. I feel good. I walked again today. I'm going to try to keep it up. It wasn't quite the walk I took yesterday but I still walked. I still moved my body. That counts. I'm home alone right now. It's super quiet. I need quiet right now. I made soup. Again. I'm drinking tea. Again. I'm loving myself. More. Again. Are you loving yourself?

6:15pm. Home. I went for a walk this morning. I'm so glad I did. Glad for my mind and body. I'm feeling ready again. To write and share with the world. I've been very private about my writing lately. I don't think I'll share what I've been writing but I'm ready to create something new to share. I'll see what comes out.
