University of Utah

Today I spoke at the University of Utah in the classroom of Dr. Samuels. He is a professor of African American Literature. I performed a few of my poems and shared some of my experiences as a writer. The class of about twenty-five students were very attentive and receptive to my work. They even stayed after to hug me and tell me how much that appreciated the poetry and conversation.
