Good morning all. It's 9:29 and I'm slightly irritated. No real reason. Light stomach cramps physically (yep). I'm breathing through my feelings though. I'm a little concerned that "breathing through" is red flag for suppressing feelings and sweeping them under my emotional mat. As if anything else could fit under there. The truth is, I am suppressing feelings. Suppressing or not I'm still thankful for:
1. Waking up this morning.
2. My son correcting my grammar yesterday even though he was wrong. Still I'm glad grammar is important enough to him.
3. The three extra strength tylonals I took this morning that knocked me out.
4. Today being Friday.
