Sista you been on my mind

Had hilarious and hearty conversation with Lynette today. We are all in it. All the sister friends. We are in it trying to help each other out and through it. Help in the form of laughter, tears, check in phone calls, meet ups at coffee shops and bars and however we need to help each other see the sun again. See the next moment, the next hour.  I needed that today. We needed it from each other. And this is a good day. And something about laughter between friends keeps me afloat.
