I have been running all day. And I do mean all day. And I knew I had to be still when I wished you a happy birthday, Valerie Bridgeman. Even if all I said was happy birthday. And maybe that's all I can say because there is so much to say about you. About how much I love, honor, cherish, respect you. You know that though.
Thank you so much, Valerie for the precious ways you have been present for me. Thank you for all the love. Thank you for being safe for me. For having ears I knew would listen and get me. And don't we all just want to be gotten? Thank you for holding confessions that had never crossed my lips before sharing them with you. Thank you for being candle during during some very dark times in my life. Thank you for everything that is nobody's business but ours. Thank you for holding my unbelief. For your loving correction. Thank you for WomanPreach. For bringing people and conversations and a world to my life that I was not going to have anyway. I praise God for your hands on the gospel plow, whatever that is. I know that it's safe. Thank you for well placed good cussin'. Thank you for knowing I could go on all night listing ways I love and thank you. Thank you for not having time for all of that. I love you big. Thank you, thank you aunt, friend, sister, mentor and more.
