Afternoon

 2:34pm. Home. I took a long walk today. I've been trying to walk everyday. Somedays long walks somedays short. As long as I get out and move my body. Today I walked from my place in Leimert Park to the Lowes in Midtown. I caught the bus back. I took a good nap and now I'm jumping back into work. I don't have much time because I plan to go to SWAAM tonight. I hope you have a great day.
