Poet's Jazz House

I love it when I go to a poetry venue and the poets inspire me and make me wanna go home and write a poem or story or at least stay in my seat and listen to theirs. Love it. That happened tonight. I got off work late and rolled by Vibrations in Inglewood to check out Poet's Jazz House. Some of my favorite folks were outside and it was Spencer's (the host of the show) birthday so yeah, I made the u turn and parked. So glad I did. I usually have my camera with me and I take loads of pictures but tonight I didn't so I just observed the night with my third eye (that's actually a joke because I always purse my lips and slightly roll my eyes when I hear brothas and sistas say that. I don't know why. I just do. But that's another post. Don't judge me. Judge your too black too strong self. See how far I can get off of my point. Uga!)

Breathe. The night was good and I'm back home.

It's early morning now so, good morning friends and family. Love yourselves today. K?
