Sacrosanct

Today I took my friend's dog for a walk around the block. The block block like Crenshaw and Venice and as we were walking this guy looked at the dog and said "that's a goooood dog. He clean too. Like he usta live in Santa Monica." I don't know why that was funny to me but it was. Like there are no clean dogs around Crenshaw. And why Santa Monica?
