This man is on the corner on Crenshaw and the 10 freeway onramp everyday. He always has up signs and other objects. Sometimes the police have his place cleared out but he just comes back again. He calls himself Cowboy. He is annoyed with people wearing masks for some reason. He posts signs about it often.
